Should be willing to give long term commitment to the company and will take planned holiday ONLY once a year.
Should be willing to work in night shift ONLY.
Job Requirment : Minimum 6 months experience in handling In-bound calls in a BPO/Call Center working for USA market.
The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Training in US accent will be an advantage.
US Voice based experience is a must.
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook or other mail systems.
Fluency in internet surfing and Microsoft Office applications.
The candidate should be strongly willing and be committed to work in a night shift.
