* This is NOT an office job and you will be expected to be on the floor all the

time

* This job involves identifying and picking latest fashion clothing from mixed

clothing that we receive in our warehouse. Mix clothing includes all sorts of

good, bad, new and used clothing.

* Carry out a final quality check of all the clothing items picked by you and

your subordinates

* Gain sound knowledge of latest fashion clothing and continuously update

their knowledge

* Build, train and motivate their team

* Although you will be a team leader, you will be expected to work alongside

your subordinates

* Organise and maintain workspace for Fashion clothing

* Maintain direct communication with head-office management in North-

America

* Make daily production report

* Meet daily production target for your team

* The candidate is expected to have keen interest in latest fashion and trends

* They should have a natural aptitude to pick out current styles

* They should have basic knowledge of popular international labels, brands

and designers. (This Job has NOTHING to do with fashions in India)

* They should have knowledge of fabrics

* They should have ability to study and keep up-to-date with latest styles in

Central America.

* They should have decent knowledge of English and computer skills of

internet surfing & email

* The candidate has a willingness to learn and grasp concept of Central

American Fashion.

* The candidate will be trained to identify and pick latest Fashion clothing

from a mix of used clothing

* After receiving full training the candidate will be expected to build and train

their own team of 3-4 people

Fashion diploma (preferred)

* You are highly motivated to work hard

* You are willing to learn latest fashion trends of Central America.

* You can make others work hard and maintain discipline

* You can work in tough weather conditions

* You can stay in small town. The factory is located in multi-cultural city Gandhidham, GUJARAT.
