* This job involves identifying and picking vintage clothing from mixed clothing

that we receive in our warehouse.

* Carry out a final quality check of all the clothing items picked by you and

your subordinates

* Gain sound knowledge of vintage clothing and continuously update their

knowledge

* Build, train and motivate their team

* This is NOT an office job and you will be expected to be on the floor all the

time

* Although you will be a team leader, you will be expected to work alongside

your subordinates

* Organise and maintain workspace for vintage clothing

* Maintain direct communication with head-office management in North-

America

* Make daily production report

* Meet daily production target for your team

* The candidate is expected to have knowledge of fashion and trends

* They should have knowledge of fabrics

* They should have ability to study and learn fashion history

* They should have decent knowledge of English and computer skills of

internet surfing & email

* The candidate has a willingness to learn and grasp concept of vintage

clothing and historic fashion

* The candidate will be trained to identify and pick vintage clothing from mix

of used clothing

* After receiving full training the candidate will be expected to build and train

their own team of 3-4 people
