Job Description and Responsibilities : * This is a Business Head position for developing/managing PAN India Sales &
Distribution for world’s largest manufacturer of industrial wiping cloths.
* The office will be located in Ahmedabad. The incumbent should have ability
and maturity to start a new business division, formulate and execute the
business plans/strategy to achieve the pre-defined objectives.
* The incumbent should have fire in belly to scale up PAN India
Sales/Distribution in a quick time and build a team to manage the operations.
* A strategic and out of box thinker is must requirement for the role.
Job Requirment : * Strong desire to succeed in a start-up environment and for whom failure is
NOT one of the possible business outcomes.
* Take responsibility to head and integrate all the functions, including sales,
finance, operations, office administration, HR etc.
* Business plan creation and execution to achieve the predetermined goals.
* Strong geographical knowledge of industries in India and experience in
sales/distribution on PAN India level.
* Extensive travelling within India and Middle-East.
* Proven ability to Recruit /Mentor/Develop a winning team and provide

Academic Requirement : MBA in marketing
Experience Requirement : * MBA in marketing with at least 4 years of track record of achievement in
Sales, Marketing and Business Development roles.
* Candidates MUST have proven sales/distribution experience on PAN India
level in B2B selling.
* Self-motivated, team player, detail oriented, creative, excellent
