- Production planning and resource management

- Recruitment of plant employees

- Repair and preventive maintenance in charge for plant machinery, equipment and building

- Effectively control absenteeism

- Manage administration for labour and factory laws

- Implement procedures to collect and supervise reporting of production data

- Maintain discipline on factory floor and improve labour efficiency. (The production at factory is more labour intensive and less use of machinery.)

- Manage large workforce. (At present we have around 800 factory labours

- CONSTANT PERSONAL PRESENCE ON FLOOR AT ALL TIMES
